Did Gavin Kane snitch? I believe he did…Here’s why.

Everybody’s been asking me if Gavin Kane became a cooperating individual (snitch) or not. While I can’t answer with 100% certainty, I can say that it’s beginning to look that way. If you read his indictment, he was charged with a total of 16 counts of various crimes (smuggling, conspiracy, money laundering, distribution, etc…), most of which carry a pretty hefty minimum sentence (read the federal minimum sentencing guidelines here). He eventually plead guilty to a mere 6 counts - so what the fuck happened to the other 10 counts?

They were dropped!

Why were they dropped? Why did he only have to plead to less than half of what he was charged with? Let’s be honest here, he probably rolled. We all know it…

We can infer from the length of his sentence that he was likely in Zone C or D for sentencing purposes…so this looks like a VERY light sentence with no real jail time, and only a half-way house and home detention. I can’t see any other reason that so many counts would be dropped, leaving him with six felonies and no prison time. So the answer is most likely yes, I firmly believe (and the evidence supports me) that Gavin Kane gave up some names to get out of jail time. With a wife and 4 kids, wouldn’t you? Or would you do time and be away from them just to be a “good bro”?

And who was his GH source in Australia? That’s a good question, because although an indictment was issued for Lei Jin (CEO of Jintropin), I can’t find any for anyone in Australia. Hmm…wasn’t Gavin Kane very active on ProfessionalMuscle? And doesn’t the owner of that site live in Australia? Coincidence?  We’ll see…but right now, I wouldn’t want to be on ProfessionalMuscle, or anyone else Gavin Kane was involved with (Anabolex, etc…).
